Elvio Nardi has been around the music scene for a while not really looking for the whole picture but pieces of history. Elvio is the co-writer of the CD "BLACK MARKET" along with other co-writer and AZIMUTH JAG recording artist Jimmy Packes. The CD amazingly went #10 in Italy and #15 in Austria, both back in the early 1990's, and up to date, it's still getting airplay in their respective radio stations of the two countries.

Elvio's devotion to music is not the only piece of history he has collected. Elvio has helped his family to contribute in community affairs. The Nardi's have built a soccer league with over 3,000 kids playing each year, in which was named and dedicated to Elvio's father, who passed away back in 1998, THE NARDI SOCCER COMPLEX. Elvio has dedicated his time in helping his local parish in fundraising event's, has helped to prolong the ITALIAN-AMERICAN NATIONALITY in his community, and has been a contributor/supporter in many local and statewide political event's.

Elvio is the founder of RUNAWAY and treats it as such. His professional suggestion's and musical talents are the backbone of this band day in and day out. He wishes to recognize his fellow bandmates as "The best bunch of guys you could ask for as musicians, but most of all BROTHERS".

Elvio has played in front of bands as an opener such as, Wendy O Williams, KIX, Loudness, Skid Row, Quiet Riot, Pat Travers, Yngwie Malmsteen, Howe, and Black and Blue to name a few.

Elvio has committed himself to make RUNAWAY a memorable band to those whom they are paying tribute to, BON JOVI.
